Return Policy

Warranty

All Stratos Heaters are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service by the original purchaser for a period of four (4) years from the date of purchase.  The warranty is null and void if the system has been damaged by accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or causes not arising from defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Stratos’s obligation under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product at Stratos’s expense.  Any expense involved in the removal, reinstallation, or transportation of the product is not covered by this warranty.  

Postage must be prepaid, and the original dated proof-of-purchase must be included. Stratos will not be liable for any damages sustained in transport due to improper packaging or handling. The acceptance by Stratos of any product returned shall not be deemed as an admission that the product is defective or in any violation of any warranty.  This warranty is Stratos’s only express warranty of this product.  

Refunds/Returns

The 30 day money back guarantee applies only to Stratos Multi-Fit, Cabin and Vehicle Specific Heater Kits.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your kit, return the items for a full purchase price refund.  Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original dated proof-of-purchase receipt must be included.  Any shipping and handling charges incurred are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned with all parts included.  Any expense involved in the removal, reinstallation, or transportation of the product is not covered by the money back guarantee.  Items must be sent prepaid. Contact customer service for return details and Authorization number.

Returns for items not covered by the 30 day money back guarantee, if returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  If returned in more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.  Any shipping and handling charges incurred are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging with all parts included. Items must be sent prepaid. Contact customer service for return details and Authorization number.

A Stratos Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) must accompany all returns. Please contact customer service to obtain an RGA#.  Packages sent without an RGA# will be refused and returned unopened. Please send your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

If an item is received damaged or short, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt.
